Specific text to be added or removed: "Much of the railroad's traffic comes from imports to Connecticut, such as lumber, steel, and carbon dioxide... As of 2022, CSO carries approximately 18,500 carloads annually... CSO peaked at 26,000 carloads per year."
Reason for the change: It's company policy to not disclose annual carloads for our railroads. There may be limited cases where we provide that information for a news article or report. If the source is an article that cites our company or a representative of our company, we are okay with that. But we request the removal of any mention of annual carloads or commodities/traffic hauled that are not sourced.
References supporting change: Not applicable for this instance. I am not trying to replace this; I am trying to get it removed.
You may have whatever policy you wish regarding the sharing of carload information. But this information is reliably sourced to published sources and up-to-date, so it isn't going to be removed just because G&W doesn't want it public. Trainsandotherthings (talk) 23:04, 21 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Specific text to be added or removed: "Despite shifting freight operations to nocturnal hours, conflicts with Amtrak's maintenance of way operations have had a negative impact on freight traffic by causing delays."
Reason for the change: This is currently unsourced and, as such, viewed solely as an opinion. If Wikipedia's intent is to present neutral/unbiased information, we request that this be removed.

There's a citation right at the end of that sentence, and if you read the source the exact claim came from the Connecticut Railroad Association, which is "the nonprofit trade group for Connecticut's railroads". Are you serious right now? Trainsandotherthings (talk) 22:39, 21 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Specific text to be added or removed: "Major commodities transported include lumber, steel, and carbon dioxide, which are mostly imported from elsewhere. Another source of traffic is the export of trash and recycling from Connecticut."
Reason for the change: This article is outdated (published in 2012). Unless there is a more recent source supporting this information, we request this to be removed due to it being outdated.
References supporting change: Not applicable for this instance. I am not trying to replace this; I am trying to get it removed.
Part of an edit requested by an editor with a conflict of interest has been implemented.
Specific text to be added or removed: "CSO does not serve any customers within Massachusetts."
Reason for the change: We request that the word "currently" be added. With the dynamics of freight-rail transportation, CSO could gain a customer in Massachusetts at any point.
References supporting change: Not applicable for this instance. I am not trying to replace this; I am trying to get it removed.
