Another copyright violation
[edit]Earlier today, I reverted a significant expansion of this article, because I was almost certain that it was a copyright violation. In addition, the material was unreferenced, and had a promotional tone, written in the first person. It was not written from the neutral point of view. I did not have time to investigate further. I have now verified that this material was cut and pasted from the Congregation Emanu-El website. Although I assume that the IP editor who did so was acting in good faith, this is simply not acceptable in a Wikipedia article, and I stand by my decision to revert. I am willing to work with any editor who wants to expand this article, as long as it is done in accordance with key Wikipedia policies. Cullen328 (talk) 01:34, 20 May 2011 (UTC)

Congregation Emanu-El (San Francisco, California) → Congregation Emanu-El (San Francisco) – AP city name guidelines. State name is unnecessary for San Francisco. Article was previously named Congregation Emanu-El (San Francisco) and moved to Congregation Emanu-El (San Francisco, California) in 2008. Goldnpuppy (talk) 22:11, 13 December 2013 (UTC)
