Palm wine
Palm wine (masanga ya mbila), in my experience, isn't very alcoholic. I would estimate between 2 and 4%. There won't be any evidence for this, but we could base it on common experiences. I think it's not as strong as beer, for example, Francis Hannaway (talk) 11:36, 22 June 2013 (UTC)
++ Um Bongo ++ This is a drink created in the UK decades ago and marketed then as 'they drink it in The Congo'. I do not think it is Congolese cuisine.
