Errata

The current edition of the DC Encyclopedia claims that Congo Bill's first appearance is in Action Comics #1 (1938). I haven't found anything to back this up elsewhere, certainly not on the internet. Was he maybe a very minor character in one of the back-up stories? Anyone know the answer to this? Ford MF (talk) 20:47, 8 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
