Translation
[edit]I think there was a problem of translation : Vignoles certainly do not define themselves as "revolutionnary libertarians" (révolutionnaires libertaires), as in French libertarian is synonym to anarchist, and precisely they reject the qualification "anarchist", but more surely as "revolutionnaire unionist" (syndicaliste révolutionnaire). The Chartes d'Amiens is precisely the fundamental principle text of this current. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 81.255.117.250 (talk) 11:46, August 24, 2007 (UTC)
Article needs to be split
[edit]Nowadays two completely separate organizations, so there's absolutely no way we can cover them in a single article. It definitely needs to be split, even if it is short. --PanchoS (talk) 02:10, 9 December 2013 (UTC)
- Agreed, I've tagged the article to reflect this proposal. Sadly I know little of either organization, and this article doesn't much help that. djr13 (talk) 09:36, 10 May 2015 (UTC)
- Need sources in order to warrant the split czar 04:55, 20 February 2017 (UTC)

Scope
[edit]The original French CNT itself had meager influence and most of the coverage of the split isn't in-depth enough to warrant its own article. It would be best to cover the article within the parent article Anarchism in France § Anarcho-syndicalism and split out in summary style only when warranted to avoid undue weight. czar 05:24, 29 July 2023 (UTC)
- @Czar: Hey, just letting you know, I have split this article back out and expanded with more information with a number of reliable sources. Let me know if you have any thoughts. --Grnrchst (talk) 11:32, 12 September 2024 (UTC)
