It seems that the Russian cross from Tver is not a Conciliation cross
[edit]I don't feel like just deleting it, but I'm pretty sure that the Sterzh cross from Tver is not a Conciliation cross, strictly speaking. It actually has [its own Wiki page](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sterzh_Cross) that explicitly says so, and the Russian version has even more info. In general, those stone crosses in Northern Russia served a different purpose: they were primarily used as border markers, and statements of land ownership, set up after a substantial investment in this land. As it was the case for the Sterzh cross.
Do you think we could remove it from the article?
