Proposed deletion
[edit]I'm happy for this to go. Here's the history:
- Initially, this was the article that
is now atI moved to Computer Peripherals (company). Entering computer peripherals in search landed directly on that article, not on Peripheral. - After moving the article, this page was left over as a redirect to it, with a few incoming links (all but one now changed).
- The redirect was obviously undesirable, but changing it to link to peripheral would make any remaining incoming links land on the wrong page. So I changed it to a disambiguation page to stop the automatic redirect without breaking anything.
(The one incoming link I couldn't edit was on a page containing a 17,000-line list of articles about Michigan.) Musiconeologist (talk) 03:56, 24 March 2024 (UTC)
Update: The article about the company has since been moved back to Computer Peripherals. I believe deleting this disambiguation page will result in the lowercase search once again jumping straight to that article instead of the one about peripherals, so this page should not be deleted unless that issue can be reliably avoided.
