Importance scale assessment I am surprised that CGA has been classified as 'Low importance'. CGA is the key concept underlying the speciality of geriatric medicine — the largest specialty within internal medicine, and applying to the largest number of inpatients in hospitals at any one time in OECD countries. This is exactly why, as a geriatrician, I started the page! I would have thought that it at least fitted the criterion for mid priority: 'Subject is notable within its particular specialty.'
