The article is not promoting a product, but is providing information about the working of a non profit organization in rural India. The article helps the reader develop a broader understanding about the nature of non profit organizations working on rural health issues. It also sheds light on the how the area of Jamkhed has developed. The article is not in violation of wikipedia rules.
