This article is terrible for its neutrality!! It looks like the whole thing was, perhaps, a copy and paste from an NHS site. I think a lot of it needs a rewrite, especially the bottom half - which is written like an advertisement for the health council. --Woodgreener (talk) 14:09, 2 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
