Party of Communists of the Republic of South Ossetia

To who it may concern, I am the only active member of wikiproject Ossetia, and one of the glaring red links on the list of political parties in south ossetia is the Party of Communists of the Republic of South Ossetia, which to my knowledge only appears on this page. I have tried everything in my power to find any information on this party but I just can't find anything. Can someone point me to the source that lists where this party came from?
