[edit]In looking through the offered references, I was trying to find ones that might support WP:notability. I was able to access the paper "Population Planning Policy in the Philippines" by Juan M. Flavier from 1973 (ref 1) spends some pages on the founding and policy efforts of the commission, so should probably be considered as helping with notability. The speech by F V Ramos "Having quality population" in 1993 was, as best I can tell, given while he was president of the Philippines and I could only access an abstract; whether he talks at any length about the commission is probably not relevant for notability, since he was speaking about an agency in his own government.
All of the remaining references seem to be the agency's own reports, so are not helping notability.
Mikepolics - I think you'll need to find some more high quality independent reporting about the commission before you have a draft that can be accepted. — jmcgnh(talk) (contribs) 06:53, 30 August 2022 (UTC)
