This page should not be speedy deleted because...

This page should not be speedily deleted because... it's part of a series of articles that were in the category "Morningstar National Bank Québec Index" but that were red links. This was my first attempt at adding content to a page. I assumed that if the other pages in that Morningstar Index category were valid, then it would make sense to create this one.
