How is this awarded? Is there a jury who decides or is there a more mathematical system? 81.76.120.42 15:20, 29 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Good question. A jury of eight "cycling specialists" determines the winner. I put it in the article. --EdgeNavidad (talk) 09:58, 24 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
It would be nice to know what kind of criteria the judges use. From someone who knows nothing about cycling and trying to get some info this article was not very useful. I still have no idea what the award is really for. Lonjers (talk) 10:40, 2 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

There's no explanation as to what an "attack" is or what "combativity" means. 173.74.47.208 (talk) 01:46, 29 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Criteria

[edit]

I've seen that it's also awarded for individual stages. Although not every stage - stages when no rider was impressive enough. What I want to know, and I think it should be put in the article is, if the person who wins most combativity awards for stages automatically gets the award ?? 213.149.61.3 (talk) 16:35, 15 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
