Y ALT0 is short enough, interesting to a broad audience, in the article and well cited. ALT1 is short enough, in the article and well cited, though I think ALT1 is less interesting than ALT0 (as a non-American, I don't see why it's particularly interesting that it was going to be on 116th Street)
