Simplification
[edit]I have simplified the chemical reactions (e.g. by leaving out oxidation states) to make them more accessible to non-scientists. Have I overdone the simplification? Biscuittin (talk) 07:59, 17 October 2010 (UTC)
Cuvettes are "required equipment"?
[edit]Plenty of colormetric assays that use 96-well format (not cuvettes), and even in the article, itself, it says an autoanalyzer can be used, but I believe those use a "flowcell", and not a cuvette, either. I don't know enough about the technical to change this, myself (is a 'flowcell' a TYPE of cuvette?- perhaps... I would definitely argue that a well is not a cuvette, but that's just my understanding, I don't speak for all industry). Humble appologies if I should have just changed it, myself... 23.24.214.46 (talk) 19:11, 27 July 2017 (UTC)
