IP editors text changes

[edit]

A whole series of IP editors keep trying to change this article so that it contradicts the cited ref, Bayerl et al, without citing a new ref. There is no manufacturer's website that I can locate to adjudicate on this. Here is what the cited ref says:

"Michel Colomban’s Ban-bi uses the same principles as the Cri-Cri, and achieves an incredible 300km/h with a Rotax 912 80hp engine by keeping the empty weight down to 200kg. The cockpit is snug but adequate and there is a microlight version (with longer wings) and a four-seater developed with Christophe Robin (see Dyn’Aero‘s entry). The wings are assembled by the builder at the French factory. Handling is light, but remarkably good for such a high-performance machine. The composite sub-assemblies are available from Dyn‘Aero and Arplast. Our photo shows the designer at the controls, with his wife."

Changing cited text requires citing a new reference as per WP:V, Wikipedia is not a blog or forum where you can just post whenever you like. The volume of these attempts to remove cited text is now at the point where it is really just vandalism. If you have a reference then please let's discuss it here.- Ahunt (talk) 20:21, 22 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
