It does seem to be called "College of Teacher Education" officially...I suppose it is not usual for colleges/schools of tertiary universities to get their own pages? But if it were put on the NNU page, it would seem of disproportionate importance...

OK, I've moved it, as per creator's request. Now you should change the article to reflect the change. The other question--about whether the college ought to have its own page or not--is something that we probably cannot decide by ourselves. It seems fine for now.
