At Special:Permalink/999421075 I fixed the obsolete HTML and table syntax issues in the medal display table. At Special:Permalink/999466606, User:174.88.104.211 reverted the changes with the edit summary He had completely destroyed the order in which the medals are to be correctly placed on the uniform.
As can be seen in the image, the ribbons are in the same order as before (matching the order in the table as well). The screen pics were taken from Vector/Firefox/Win10. The format you have shown to be the edit you had made displays the medals incorrectly. There is not supposed to be that spacing between the medals themselves and there should be a larger gap between the medals and the wings.
