[edit]Hello fellow Wikipedians,
I have just added archive links to one external link on Cole Beasley. Please take a moment to review my edit. You may add {{cbignore}}
after the link to keep me from modifying it, if I keep adding bad data, but formatting bugs should be reported instead. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}}
to keep me off the page altogether, but should be used as a last resort. I made the following changes:
- Attempted to fix sourcing for http://voices.yahoo.com/a-bond-beyond-game-little-elm-high-schools-mike-606858.html?cat=14
When you have finished reviewing my changes, please set the checked parameter below to true or failed to let others know (documentation at {{Sourcecheck}}

Stance against COVID Vaccination, June 2021
[edit]A non-bias, informative update should be made (by someone more familiar with templates, mores, and formatting than I) regarding the conflict between the NFL's COVID-19 vaccination requirements and rules for non-vaccinated players and Beasley's stance to reject them. Here's the NFL article: https://www.nfl.com/news/bills-wide-receiver-cole-beasley-would-rather-retire-than-get-covid-vaccine Jun 19, 2021 "Bills wide receiver Cole Beasley would rather retire than get COVID vaccine". — Preceding unsigned comment added by 50.32.132.213 (talk) 03:41, 20 June 2021 (UTC)
- There is now coverage of this topic. But see WP:RECENTISM, WP:PROPORTION, and WP:ONUS. Regardless of Beasley's views on vaccines, I have removed Category:American anti-vaccination activists, as he is not commonly nor consistently defined as such in reliable sources, per WP:COPDEF and WP:DEFINING. Holding a view does not equate to being an activist, and it is not part of his notability. Not everyone who has ever ridden a bicycle belongs in Category:Cyclists. --Animalparty! Use of pastteamsnote for Tampa Bay & Buffalo Bills
[edit]Fellow editors, would like a census on the use of pastteamsnote ("Offseason and/or practice squad member only") for Cole Beasley specifically his time with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and his second stint with Buffalo Bills. Per the 2022 NFL season rules, every team can "elevate" an individual practice squad member 3 total games in order for them to play without signing them to an active roster contract (i.e. giving them a 53-man roster spot). Tampa Bay elevated him for two games before he retired. Buffalo in his second stint elevated him for 3 games. Should the pastteamsnote be used for both, either team, or not at all? While my interpretation is it does apply, I think overall it's about being consistent on how that note is used for every NFL player page in Wikipedia. Appreciate the feedback and insight.
