Talk:Cogging torque

Not sure how this is done... but here we go. I'm an EE student but I may not understand the full extent of what's presented in the footnote listed in the article (to http://www.mullerpower.com/Research/Research.php) but it seems to be talking about permanent magnetic devices being perpetual motion machines. Need citation
