Have you worked at Starbucks for a year or two? Then you have the knowledge to tackle some of this to-do list.
- Create a chart or list of possible coffee flavours, and one for aromas. Perhaps it could be a comprehensive chart eventually, somewhat similar to the "Coffee Cupper's Aroma Wheel" and "Taste Wheel" I've seen posters for.
- If you can get the copyright, upload images of said wheels.
- Flesh out body, acidity, and balance.
- Describe the flavours native to each part of the world, namely the Americas, Asia and Africa.
- Track down tasting competitions and organizations, describe them, and link to them.
- Describe the process of tasting coffee in more detail, from the deep inhilation to the slurping to the spreading it around your tongue.
- How do professional cuppers grade coffee?
- Upload a picture of someone intensely sipping coffee.
