facility cost
[edit]The article says it is a $170 million facility. Later it says it cost $110 million. If these are both correct, perhaps they can be better explained. —EncMstr (talk) 23:28, 28 May 2008 (UTC)
- Unfortunetly the sources do not explain the two numbers. My guess is that total costs on the project were $170, while construction costs for the contractor were $110. So $60 million for land, pre-construction admin costs, utilities upgrades (Wilsonville had to put in a new water treatment plant because of this and other growth), training, and then outfitting the facility with desks, beds, etc. But the sources never go into detail, and they differ on if it is 107 or 108 acres.
