According to the SAS procedures guide, "For 2x2 tables, Bowker’s test is identical to McNemar’s test" and "When there are only two binary response variables (m=2), Cochran’s Q simplifies to McNemar’s test", so I think the answer to your question is yes for the case m=2. Isn't the test called after William Gemmell Cochran? (Apparantly a lot of web sites have copied this article and mention in my opinion the wrong Cochran)Nijdam (talk) 03:41, 15 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
