Fair use rationale for Image:Ccs2.jpg

Image:Ccs2.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Interest rate comparison

Could someone help me understand why there is an interest rate comparison for savings accounts in this article? This type of market information doesn't appear in articles about other Canadian financial services providers (e.g. Royal Bank of Canada, Vancity, President's Choice Financial, etc) nor does information specific to Canadian savings accounts appear in articles written about the financial services providers listed: ING Direct, ICICI Bank, Ally Bank. I've removed the interest rate comparison. The section that deals with services should probably be pared down as well, since it sounds like an advertisement. A history section would be nice too. Gobonobo ^{T C} 20:01, 6 December 2009 (UTC)
