[edit]I cleaned up the writing a bit, corrected some mistakes (e.g., Larry Campbell was not a Liberal in the 2002 election), and took out some of the POV language. Could still use some work to not read like COPE's official history. For example, it doesn't mention any issues except maybe in an implied way with the Insite reference. Seems odd that the wards issue is omitted, I guess that's because mentioning the one issue consistently championed by COPE for most of its life would mean describing how they botched it even though that had full control of city hall. Woodwards could also be mentioned. Also, does anybody know: I thought COPE was originally called the Committee to Re-elect Harry Rankin - but I could be wrong.Bobanny 23:28, 27 September 2006 (UTC)
Oh yeah, feel free to come up with better headings; I was just trying to Wikify it, baby.Bobanny 23:29, 27 September 2006 (UTC)
