Fair use rationale for Image:Ostresledovanevlaky.jpg
[edit]Image:Ostresledovanevlaky.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

[edit]Hi Antonin. I've had a read-through. It seems to me a fair summary, and I'll edit for style very soon. Regards! Haploidavey (talk) 23:08, 26 April 2009 (UTC)
By the by, is this verbatim translation, as far as you can make it? Haploidavey (talk) 00:50, 27 April 2009 (UTC)
- It's my translation of the Czech version (almost verbatim.. ), later corrected using the English version. Citation is added. I think this is not copyright infringement, it's description of the plot. Thank you, Davey. --Vejvančický (talk) 09:27, 27 April 2009 (UTC)
- Hi Antonin! I have (in my lucky paws) a DVD of "Trains" along with its synopsis. How d'you feel about combining the sense of the synopsis with your own? (Actually it wasn't a wise purchase on my part - the format is of course 4:3, but my player reads it as widescreen so all those lovely slim ladies are rather broad in the beam. Oddly enough, that doesn't spoil it in any way - which says a lot for the film, don't you think? Regards. Haploidavey (talk) 23:26, 30 April 2009 (UTC)
- I agree Davey, of course. Yes, the women are really lovely, as you said, and bad format cannot damage their beauty too much:) The problem (and also quality) of many Czech films is rather their exceptional language, very funny and untransmittable into any other language. I love the scenes with scolding stationmaster and I can't imagine accurate English subtitles or dubbing of his laments. A part of excellent humor is often lost in translation... The similar problem is with language of Janáček's operas, firmly connected with Czech language specifics and diction. It's not easy to translate and sing it. --Vejvančický (talk) 11:44, 1 May 2009 (UTC)
