Too narrow

I added the tag to this page because at present it discusses closed sessions in a single body (the United States Senate) but has a general and unspecified name. -Acjelen 13:41, 2 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Purpose

Could somebody please add to the article the purpose of a close session. What the benefits? Under what conditions might a close session be called?

The title of the office is Sergeant at Arms, not Sergeant of Arms.
