Dear Wikipedia community,
Please take the time to review the article on the Climate Disclosure Standards Board(CDSB). This entry was written by an employee of CDSB, but every care has been taken to ensure that it was written in an objective and encyclopaedic manner. I would especially like to ask anyone with knowledge of non-financial accounting to take a look at the subject matter to ensure that nothing has been missed out.
To address issues that may arise during the review:
- Conflict of interest: Yes, I am an employee of CDSB, however I have disclosed this on my profile and my user name. I have also genuinely made sure to be objective when writing this text.
- Notability: Non-financial accounting is not part of common knowledge, but CDSB is an internationally renowned organisation in the field. CDSB has been mentioned in accounting media as well as the Financial Times(please see references) and has been referenced in an upcoming UK regulation on mandatory greenhouse gas reporting(please see the article).
And least but not least, it gives me great pleasure to contribute to the body of knowledge and the community and look forward to doing more work in the future!
All the best,
Michael Zimonyi, CDSB 18:32, 7 November 2012 (UTC)
Resubmission of article: Climate Disclosure Standards Board
[edit]Dear Wikipedia community, Following and unsuccessful submission last year, I have incorporated CharmlessCoin's point about the "Benefits" section and have deleted it to ensure that it is completely encyclopaedic. I hope that the article is now in line with the requirements and will be accepted to be published on Wikipedia! Thank you in advance, Mike --Michael Zimonyi, CDSB 14:44, 26 March 2013 (UTC)
