Seeking Another Rwandan born author named Clementine.
I sat beside a beautiful Rwandan lady named Clementine. We were both in Cedar Falls Iowa getting our US citizenships. I asked if I might ask her about the unusual scars on her wrists as they completely circled both wrists. It turns out she had wire around her wrists, trussed up to the top of the bldg she was in.
