Jagger
[edit]The Trivia section says:
- "The incident of criminal negligence in the death of Sabich was the subject of a song written by Mick Jagger which was ultimately cut from the album Emotional Rescue (1980), although copies have surfaced due to piracy over the years."
Is this verified? If so, the title of the song should be included in case anyone wants to find more information. - Ugliness Man 11:02, 23 February 2006 (UTC)

Bang, Bang, My Baby shot me down
[edit]I do not believe for a second that she recorded that song but I'm not asking that it be removed-- Profhum (talk) 08:31, 25 December 2007 (UTC)
- You misunderstood. Mick Jaggar wrote and recorded the song, not her. TodKarlson (talk) 23:14, 3 February 2013 (UTC)
- since removed.Mercurywoodrose (talk) 00:56, 17 January 2012 (UTC)
You're confusing Claudine Longet with the actual female cove artist of "Bang Bang", which was NANCY SINATRA. --65.88.88.252 (talk) 15:50, 28 June 2014 (UTC)Veryverser

Picture
[edit]One of her nipples is visible in the picture. Is that allowed on Wikipedia? 74.105.147.58 (talk) 18:55, 3 September 2010 (UTC)
- You're wrong about the image (which was used on one of Longet's album covers), but even if there were some nippage, WP is not censored. WP:NOTCENSORED. Monkeyzpop (talk) 22:24, 3 September 2010 (UTC)
- Part of one areola may be visible, but I'm not sure by looking at the low-resolution image. No nipple is visible, and of that we can be certain. Anonymous commenter 74.105.147.58, you really should inform yourself about anatomical terminology before getting yourself worked up into a lather. —QuicksilverT @ 17:58, 6 May 2011 (UTC)
- Image since replaced with a public domain (publicity still) image.Mercurywoodrose (talk) 00:55, 17 January 2012 (UTC)

Wasn't Claudine Longet at one time a female vocalist of Sergio Mendez's "Brazil '66" Bossa Nova group. I distinctly recognized her as a child, long before I knew she was married to Andy Williams. --65.88.88.252 (talk) 15:53, 28 June 2014 (UTC)Veryverser
No. Herb Alpert's wife did backing vocals and was later replaced by another singer. SN 2 November 2019 — Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.58.50.31 (talk) 19:59, 2 November 2019 (UTC)
1941 or 1942
[edit]Wikipedia pages in other languages talk about 1942 being her year of birth, not 1941. I checked German, Dutch, French and Russian. All say 1942, as does IMDb. Kennin (talk) 08:43, 13 October 2020 (UTC)
