[edit]I feel proud to announce that I have added a development subtitle-subject-thing to the WIKIpage. I have added on, and included new information to the newly-made development section. I deleted the part about the bursting suburbs because I felt that that was there just to add more internal links for a WIKIgame. I did, however keep information about the current estimates of the Clarksburg area, and its development of the Clarksburg Town Center.

School Enrollment Issue
[edit]I felt that this was an increasing issue that has really taken hold of the "census-designated area", or something like that, and since it was such a big issue it should be included. I didn't include all the information about the school issue because I personally felt that getting too deep into the issue on a encyclopedia would make it a political page, where politicians can use it as ammunition against each other, although I think did that with the table.

Worth mentioning Town Center controversy?
[edit]One of the focal points of the new development in Clarksburg is intended to be the downtown Clarksburg Town Center. Originally slated to be completed years ago, construction has still not yet begun. The original developer, Newland communities has been fined by the Montgomery County Planning Board for "more than 400 unauthorized changes to plans for Clarksburg Town Center's unbuilt downtown"[1]. Residents are also considering legal action due to special tax assessments in order to pay for new construction being placed on them, lobbied for by Newland homes.[2]
