Fair use rationale for Image:Clarks Shoes Logo.gif

Image:Clarks Shoes Logo.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Vietnam and China production

I just recognized that my latest Clarks are "Made in Vietnam" (because the Quality is worse than it used to be). Since when are Clarks shoes made in Asia? Citation for accuracy

This article references several dates without citation. The book "C & J Clark 1825-1975" by Brendan Lehane (whilst published by Clarks) is a careful piece of work taken from extensive company archives. With regard to the Hygenic Range the book states: "There had been three separate widths in some ranges as early as 1848. William [Clark] added a fourth in 1875, and in 1883 launched the Hygienic range, whose...." LeighB16 (talk) 14:18, 3 November 2010 (UTC)

Number of stores & Countries

According to this article, in 2012 Clarks has 600 stores in UK and 280 in USA. It has also other stores in other countries, but not 160 as stated in Wikipedia article, but 50.
