Article reclassification

"the highest ranking Native-American officer and..."

I wanted to find out why the subject quote isn't on the Wikipedia page of Admiral Joseph James "Jocko" Clark, USN. Admiral Clark retired as a 4 Star Admiral which is an O-9 and Maj. General Tinker was an O-8.

Can you please let me know?
