Name changed in Six Against the Rock TV movie
If you check a cast-list of "Six Against the Rock" you will find that the name "Clarence Carnes" does not appear. I have seen this film and all the names of the six convicts (played by David Carradine, Jan-Michael Vincent etc.) match the ones involved in the escape attempt, except Dan Durando. It is therefore logical that Carnes and Durando are one and the same. Compare the names of the convicts involved at [1] with a cast list. It is not uncommon for makers of movies based on real-life people and events to changed the names of those involved especially if they are still alive, as was Carnes who died about a year after the film was made — the other five having been killed or executed during and after the battle [2].--Marktreut (talk) 18:03, 28 July 2009 (UTC)
- Find a reliable source that supports this (not IMDb trivia) and it can go in; otherwise it is original research. "Logic" is irrelevant; Verifiability is. 173.72.136.143 (talk) 20:32, 28 July 2009 (UTC)
