No way to insert a picture?

How would it be possible to add a picture of Clärenore? If I take a picture of a picture/poster at a museum/exposition where she is there, would it be possible? Or a historic pictured, shouldn't the copyright expire somewhere in time? Tnx!

  Clärenore Stinnes (21 January 1901 - 7 September 1990)

and ends:

  Carl-Axel died in 1976, aged 83, and Clärenore survived her husband by 24 years.

1976 + 24 = 2000, not 1990. One of these figures is off by 10 years.
