[edit]Merge to Otherland? This would be a much better summary for the entire series than what exists currently. --Zetawoof 7 July 2005 02:47 (UTC)
- Oppose - limited scope for expansion, on the individual novel. However it does need to be done. :: Kevinalewis : (Talk Page) 15:51, 3 February 2006 (UTC)

Fair use rationale for Image:TadWilliams Otherland1.jpg
[edit]Image:TadWilliams Otherland1.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 04:34, 6 June 2007 (UTC)

Spoiler alert?
[edit]While just reading the book I had a look at this site. I'm on page 350 or something and still there is some info on this site which I don't know about from the book yet. I suppose there should be some spoiler alert or something. Regards, OdinFK (talk) 21:30, 5 January 2009 (UTC)
I too was shocked at how much of the book is exposed here without a very obvious spoiler alert. I'm not sure how it's done, but it definitely needs to be addressed here. Buskieboy (talk) 02:31, 1 July 2010 (UTC)
Added "SPOILER ALERT" at top of "Plot Summary" page. --Buskieboy (talk) 17:26, 26 July 2017 (UTC)
- I have removed the "spoiler alert" per WP:SPOILER. Wikipedia is an encylopaedia, and as such it features encyclopaedic information on works of fiction. For this reason it has been decided that spoiler warnings are not appropriate. In future I would advise you not to look up novels you are currently reading on Wikipedia if you don't want the story to be spoiled for you. It's just common sense. --Editor510 drop us a line, mate 19:11, 21 December 2017 (UTC)
