"The largest urban university system in the United States"
That sounds fishy. How many urban university systems are there in the US? 91.10.14.99 (talk) 22:46, 6 April 2018 (UTC)
- @91.10.14.99: This is a fair question - most university systems are at the state level and contain campuses across their respective states. Rutgers University is technically a university system, with three main campuses all in urban areas (New Brunswick, Newark, and Camden) and could likely be considered an urban university system like CUNY. However, I am unaware of a comparable university system within one city like CUNY. Further, there doesn't seem to be a set of strict qualifications for what can be considered an urban university system. Nevertheless, these facts don't disqualify CUNY from being the largest university system among other university systems located solely in urban areas. Joeyvandernaald (talk) 13:58, 4 June 2018 (UTC)
