Unit-Holders of the First Mortgage Fund (FMF)
[edit]On the 25-June-2009, after more than a year of frustration and half-truths, the unit-holders of the FMF took a historic vote and sacked CityPacific as the RE (responsible entity) of the RE.
CityPacific has frozen FMF redemptions and monthly distributions of income for more than a year and yet continued to take their fees while they did nothing to serve the best interests of unit-holders.
Come May 2009, unit-holders had had enough and throught Balmain/Trilogy, announced a vote for 25-Jun-2009 to sack CityPacific and appoint BalmainTrilogy. —Preceding unsigned comment added by S1691386 (talk • contribs) 08:04, 29 July 2009 (UTC)
