According to the Merck Veterinary Manual, Citrobacter freundii is the main organism associated with Septicemic Cutaneous Ulcerative Disease (SCUD) in aquatic turtles. It has a good starting layout that will help guide further edits.

How can the article be improved?

All topics need to be added to for a more complete article to exist.

There is no discussion of it's role in Septicemic Cutaneous Ulcerative Disease (SCUD), which is why I was attracted to the page initially.
