[edit]I don't understand this class of car. Why is it an MPV? What's multi-purpose about a Picasso or Scenic compared to other cars? What extra purpose do they serve other that any other car can't do? It only has 5 seats and it's basically just a car. 5 seat MPV = marketing spin.
The so called POV below is in fact correct in the customer satisfaction survey statement. Check JD Power. MPV you mean mazda right --Markusizr (talk) 18:59, 21 January 2014 (UTC)
Removed possible POV
[edit]I removed the following sentence because it looks like POV to me:
Prices were also competitive, although build quality and reliability were not of the highest standard, and the Xsara, like French cars in general, routinely finished towards the bottom end of customer satisfaction surveys.

What is the meaning and origin of the word 'xsara'?
One MPV is not even a relation to this car
[edit]Bocasso (or whatever it's called) is actually known as the Espacium III and thus is not Exsara-related, as the Espacious MPV Master declared sometime before. It would be that the headline talking about it should be moved to Citroën Espacium III. The Scénic and a few other MPVs would be also moved to the places Renault Espacium I, Renault Espacium II, etc. Have any unexperienced (not experienced) Wikipedists got that? Mullokk
- The Xsara Picasso may not look anything like the Xsara hatchback, but it is still under the Xsara brand name and therefore should be here. I'm not quite sure I understand your message though. --vortex talk 11:09, 12 March 2006 (UTC)
- I have considered moving the Picasso to its own article in the past, as it's basically a different car that has no relation to the Xsara other than the name, making the article confusing and cluttered; just haven't got around to doing it yet. That said, I still haven't the faintest idea what Mullokk is talking about. --Jamieli 12:33, 12 March 2006 (UTC)
- Have you ever had any experience with the Picasso in person? It does have quite a lot in common with the Xsara - it's the platform, for starters! That said, most compact minivans get separate articles from their "regular" brethren (like the Renault (Megane) Scenic), but as of now the content is so skimpy here that it makes sense to keep them together just for the article not to look so stubby.
BTW, the press release linked to says nothing about a 5-seat C4 Picasso. Perhaps it might seem logical to think PSA will one day replace the Xsara Picasso with a 5-seat C4 P., but unless they declare that, the article has no right to claim so. Regards, Bravada, talk - 12:20, 14 August 2006 (UTC)
