Timing in relation to 3x19

[edit]

There's been some contention about the exact time frame in which this episode begins. Per dialog, 4x02 is "8 months" after Chuck and Sarah got together, so this would make the 9-month figure impossible. Ambaryer (talk) 01:18, 28 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

When is the 8-month figure stated? --Boycool (talk) 02:40, 30 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
When Chuck and Sarah discuss the fact she hasn't unpacked before they get called in for their first mission to Milan. Additionally, Jeff states that he and Lester have been on the run for "183 days," indicating that this episode begins 6 months after Chuck Versus the Ring: Part II. Depending on if the upcoming Halloween and Thanksgiving episodes are set ON Halloween and Thanksgiving, this could introduce a continuity issue:
Chuck and Sarah first got together sometime around early April, 2010 (per Chuck's train ticket in Chuck Versus the Honeymooners). Assuming JS and CF's statement that the anniversary in question is their 6-month anniversary 3 months late, this would place the start of season 4 no earlier than January, 2011 (January is the 9th month after April). We do NOT know how soon after Other Guy that particular scene is meant to be (IE, if it's a day later, or even a month later). There IS a date prior to Other Guy (it was either in Tic Tac, Final Exam, or American Hero) that established March, 2010. Assuming the "Anniversary" dates to MARCH, that still means an anniversary date no earlier than December 2010.Ambaryer (talk) 03:34, 30 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

is there a "Spies Like Us" cultural reference as well, when Chuck and Morgan make it to the Russian base? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.172.230.249 (talk) 05:32, 5 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
