The article looks good and is well written. What it lacks is evidence of notability. Professors tend to be inherently notable on Wikipedia so that article will probably be accepted but I have delayed reviewing it because of the lack of notability. Using published papers as sources does not establish notability, especially since they are predominantly papers he has co-authored. Isn't there something about Chuan He in the press or on reputable web-sites noting his achievements that could be used as a source? Even this would do as a starter.
