Proposed deletion

This page appears to loosely summarize the theories of one H Patrick Glenn (who himself does not seem particularly notable). The oldest citation is from 1997 and does not appear to discuss "chthonic law" at all (though the terms "chthonic" and "law" do appear). The rest are all from 2006-10 and appear to just be people citing Glenn's theory in passing. 73.191.27.126 (talk) 09:52, 6 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
