Is it a 1998 or a 1999?

The official Chrysler website states that the Pacifica concept was unveiled in 1998 here: http://media.fcanorthamerica.com/image-gallery.do?method=adhoc&imageIds=3246&searchresult

It does not make references to 1999 in any way but if it had a model year, it probably would have been a 1999. Should references to a model year be removed from this article and the title changed to 1998?
