Taboo in Imperial Diet

Gag rule links here, but that article is about restrictions on debate in legislatures. Is there, in fact, a taboo in the Imperial Diet (I'd be surprised if the answer was no), and is there a formal rule forbidding discussion of the Emperor and the imperial system? Words missing?
