Recent Controversy - False Positives Could be a Problem
[edit]I think it would be worth mentioning a couple of recent papers which claim to show that this technique can have a high rate of false positives. A number of published papers may have reached invalid conclusions as a result.

Insertional ChIP (iChIP)
[edit]Discussed at PMID 25428274 PMC 4253623 and at PMID 20173072 PMC 2849220. Topical now, as used in the development of teixobactin. I'm not sure if review sources are yet available. LeadSongDog come howl! 17:56, 9 January 2015 (UTC)
