New Brunswick: City of Broken Dreams
[edit]Any other Rutgers alums want to add a section on this? I don't remember anything about what was in it, except "gravy gravy gravy" and "Dear Chris, Leave. Love, Rutgers." and I didn't save any of them.
It also contained "The Real World - New Bruswick" which had GI Joe's Destro as a character.
Wasn't he one of the "Kids in the Hall" too?
I mean, I could be wrong, but...
- You're thinking of Bruce McCulloch
Removing image
[edit]Damnedst thing: When I try pulling this page up, everything loads except McCulloch's picture, and then suddenly every other page I try to pull up in my browser will now display pictures. Happens on this PC as well as a friend's and a public PC. So I'm removing this "cursed image" unless/until someone can figure it out.209.169.114.213 17:22, 6 July 2006 (UTC)
I see absolutely nothing wrong with it; it is a regular photo uploaded to Wikipedia like everything else.
psuedonym
[edit]Does anyone have any information on how McCulloch came up with his alias of Jackson Publick? I assume it is a reference to Jackson Pollock, but I don't want to add that to the article without backup. - DynSkeet * Talk 14:08, 13 July 2006 (UTC)
Uh, no. Think dirtier. "Jacks in public." —Preceding unsigned comment added by 64.191.175.66 (talk) 16:10, 18 June 2008 (UTC)
In nearly every interview (and a few times on his blog as well) McCulloch has noted that he pulled Jackson Publick from thin air, just for fun.
Presumably, it's meant to be a joke on the fact that it sounds like a reference to public masturbation. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.238.18.177 (talk) 18:11, 14 June 2008 (UTC)
Astrobase-Go!
[edit]Do we really need to link this to a nonexistant page? I don't even know if it even deserves a page at all, it's pretty much just a studio they named, not like a production company or anything. Just... Two guys toiling away. --Hazelfo 19:01, 16 August 2006 (UTC)
- Well, you could put that info in a page. Either way I did it just in case. -th1rt3en 19:02, 16 August 2006 (UTC)
citations
[edit]Im just a normal Wikipedia user, but this entire page has NO CITATIONS! I don't know all the rules, but surely I don't have to put the "needs citation" thingy after every sentence?! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.6.169.16 (talk) 09:49, 15 May 2009 (UTC)
