Needs some good sources...

[edit]

We really need some good sources so we can label this guy for what he is... I like how the article claims he is a historian when he only has actual degrees in marketing and sales! No wonder he sells so many books based on puesoscentific ideas, he knows how to make them appeal. Anyone who has read the books will notice how he goes into explaining thing and pushing fantastic ideas and telling people who want to properly evaluate and study that this is not the book for them!--155.144.251.120 23:31, 20 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

His best amazon sales rank (for Civilization One) is in the 30,000s. This may indicate some borderline notability. His "works" are hilarious nonsense, of course. dab (𒁳) 20:07, 9 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Categorization

[edit]

I have removed the categorization of "Anti-Masonry" from the article. While Christopher Knight has written some controvercial things about how Freemasonry originated (his critics would call it pseudo-history), nothing in his work could be considered Anti-Masonic. I think someone has him confused with Stephen Knight... another author, who definitely has written works which are considered Anti-Masonic. Blueboar (talk) 13:19, 18 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Blood Relations

[edit]

...is not by this Chris Knight, I believe. The Chris Knight who authored this book is this one: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chris_Knight_(anthropologist) I am therefore going to remove it from the page firstfox (talk) 17:55, 25 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks, I was bothered by this but didn't check, but I found it hard to believe that this Chris Knight had written that book. Dougweller (talk) 20:06, 25 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
