Whole section on the change in associations of "ground zero"?

For now, I've simply added the references that we didn't previously have, supporting the claim that the song largely disappeared from the radio after the Sept. 11 attacks. However, I think in the long run it would make more sense to have a whole section about that, since in my case, it's the whole reason I came looking for this article (i.e., to see if we'd covered that).
